Description

This is a drawing request from [link] of Fei Long, an rp character for a forum based Naruto rp. He is from Iwagakure, the village hidden in Stone, and a member of the Reibuntai (Iwa's ANBU). This is the third version of the same image. He seemed to like the flaming eyes the best.

Maybe it's just me but this guy looks allot like V from V for Vendetta.
